My role as a safety engineer at Sonatrach-Occidental has provided me with the opportunity to collaborate closely with top professionals in the Oil & Gas industry. Learning from these esteemed colleagues has been instrumental in honing my skills and expertise in ensuring safety standards within the complex operational environments prevalent in this field.

Throughout my tenure at this company, I've contributed to various crucial initiatives. These include leading incident investigations, conducting safety surveys, inspections, and audits, providing consultations on the health and safety management system, actively engaging in different PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies, What-ifs, SIL study, etc.

I have participating also in both external and internal safety audits. These diverse responsibilities have enriched my experience and expertise in ensuring and maintaining safety standards within the organization in Oil & gas field.

My academic journey comprised three years dedicated to acquiring a Bachelor's degree in the broad domain of Science & Technology. In the concluding year, I delved into Health and Safety Engineering, choosing it as my specialized field of study. This educational path provided a comprehensive understanding of the foundational aspects of science and technology, culminating in the exploration of health and safety engineering as a distinct area of expertise.
