Mission & projects: 

• Managing the process alignments between the different systems across thirteen countries (ERP: SAP/EPICOR).
• Managing Group IOT projects (Smart coolers, image recognition, MES systems…).
• Coordinating BI & data analytics projects and ensuring the KPIs consolidation at corporate level.
• Managing & coordinating a team of OUTSYSTEMS developers (Low code development using Agile methodology) supporting the digital transformation and integration with the existing systems ( SAP/EPICOR/SALESFORCE…)
• Developing data management strategies and creating rules and procedures (focusing on the MDM by creating a golden record repository and a framework) improving the Data accuracy by more than 90%.
• Coordinating a digitalization project of the quality processes by implementing Quality One Systems (Veeva) for the modules: Document control, CAPA management, incident management, HSE Management, HACCP, Supplier management…. etc.

Mission & projects: 

• Managing and motivating a team of more than 10 persons (IS and IT team) for an organization of more than 600 users.
• Member of the group IT steering committee (Defining and implementing the IT strategy for the all the bottlers across the 13 countries).
• Project director for a successful SAP ECC 6 implementation. Coordinating tasks between local IT team, Key users and more than 15 SAP consultants from Indra company. The project has started from November 2012 till February 2014 (Total cost of more than 2 million Dollars).
• Implementing in 2015 a WMS project (by installing SAP WMS and automatic labelers for the production lines).                                  Improving the truck loading speed by more than 40%, ensuring 100% of product traceability and reducing the inventory gap by more than 90%. (Total cost of 1.5 million dollars).
• Implementing in 2017 SAP APO for advanced planning management (Forecasting, Demand planning, Supply network planning…). Improving the Forecast accuracy from 70% to 85%
• Implementing an SFA solution (Telynet) used by more than 200 persons for managing sales orders, promotions, customer complaints, coolers, product inventories, surveys….etc.
• Implementing BI projects using Microsoft Power BI for sales analysis, finance, logistics & production since 2015.
• Implementing many infrastructure & security projects (Data center installation, Virtualization with VMWARE, Disaster recovery site, Office 365…. etc.).
