• The establishment; analysis and monitoring of the project planning and
budget.
• Cost control and analysis with an ERP SAP enterprise integrated
management software package.
• Tracked and approved all purchase and service requests to ensure
business objectives.
• Control and approve all attachments of subcontractors; suppliers;
location….etc.
• Development of data to define the performance indices of the CBTP,
CRTE, CBTE, IPC project.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly physical and financial progress
reports of the project.

• Project: construction of the new single-track Saïda Tiaret 153km
railway line.
