In my most recent role, I served as a guest services expert at the distinguished Westin Doha Hotel & Spa by Marriott in Qatar for the past year. Here, I managed guest arrivals and departures, prioritized guest satisfaction, supervised room cleanliness and inspections, and even had the privilege of handling communications for the Brazil team players and staff during the Fifa World Cup 2022. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in managing a busy operation during staffing shortages, coordinating cross-departmental tasks, and thriving under pressure. As a result of my efforts, I was honored with the Front House Employee of the Month certificate and recognized as the top enroller for Marriott Bonvoy in 2022.
Beyond my technical skills, my affable demeanor and exceptional multilingual communication abilities enable me to diplomatically resolve any guest concerns that may arise. My genuine approach, innate courtesy, and ability to connect with people make me effective in addressing various situations.
