August 2016 – Till date; Position: Production Engineer II

Company & Location: SONATRACH/DP, Hassi Messaoud, Algeria 

Responsibilities: I am responsible of the survey and the monitoring of oil wells using the SCADA system than Make recommendations to optimize production from all wells and field facilities.

• Review and analysis of existing wells and surface network data using different sources: Data Bank, OFM and Control Room records.
• Real time production surveillance, Flowing PT Survey, problem diagnosis and trouble shooting
• Assigned to Revamping and building new production system project (production gathering network and surface facilities) in Hassi Messaoud North Field.
• Assigned to the FMIS project conducted in collaboration between Sonatrach and Halliburton Consulting Algeria. Field Management and Information System (FMIS) is an Integrated Production Optimization Project from the reservoir to the surface facilities.
• Monitor wells performance and predict due time for work over & well servicing.
• Worked intensively on system pressure stabilization in the gas lift network for the HASSI MESSAOUD field. Implemented improved gas lift design with maximization of pressure utility in gas lifting and controlling surface freezing problem. 
• Well services activities planning (clean out, acid job, water wash, well test, gas lift optimization) to sustain optimum wells production.

06 July 2011 – to 28 August 2016; Position: Production Engineer I

Company & Location: SONATRACH/DP, Hassi R’mel, Laghouat; Algeria 

Responsibilities:         

• Exploitation supervisor for sonatrach oil separation and de-oiling process (production water treatment) project realised by the Algerian company of realization of industrial projects – SARPI SPA (affiliate ABB-SONATRACH).
• Monitored wells performance on daily basis and ensured production to meet targets 
• Managed production reporting and ensured accurate production allocation
•  Prepared wells guidelines and production forecasting in coordination with subsurface and process teams
