Wahib Charef

Hi, my name is wahib charef am 28 years old, i live in algeria “ oran ” and am ready to travel anywhere challenges take me, whenever an opportunity comes to me, i take it without asking questions. Life is too short to waste time waiting by asking questions .

Am an expert in customer service, give me your product or your target, let me get familiar with it than let me unleash my passion to make it my daily task . 

I worked as an assistant manager for azadea group design where i learned several skills such as being a team leader and work as team , i also learned how to be an efficient problem solving .

I also worked as an accomodation manager for plaza hotel during which i improved my customer service to expert level .

Am a young passionate manager who feels great when customers are satisfied. 

Working as an assistant manager for azadea group design at “ bershka shop ” for nearly 9 months made me learn several skills such as team working , team leading , customer service and solving problems .

Working as an accomodation manager for plaza hotel for nearly 14 months made me improve my customer service to the highest level i ever had .

Now am running my own shop which is a gaming zone in which players struggle to get different kind of rewards and living a wonderful gaming  experience .

I studied in  algeria at university of oran   ahmed ben ahmed 2, I have a bachelor's degree in english , which means that i can speak and write english fluently, i also can speak french as a second language and spanish as intermediate.
