    We are looking for entrepreneurial and structured MARKETING ASSOCIATE ALGERIA for the position located in the Algerian office and reporting to Marketing Manager.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    As a Marketing Associate you will be supporting new product launches and marketing campaigns in Algeria. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, RTM Cluster Manger, Country Manager Algeria, creative agencies, and material/service suppliers and Local distributor teams. The successful candidate will be developing, planning and rolling out consumer activities across all channels and touch points, providing engaging, rewarding and enriching experience for the consumer.

    You will be following the market trends to propose best in breed solution for the activations and events. Very important aspect of the role will be contribution to annual planning, including portfolio prioritization. based on company objectives.

    You will also be securing an effective and efficient budget allocation to the Trade Activities: Visibility & Activation & Developed materials and monitoring the budget utilization.

    You will liaise with legal, portfolio, and digital teams to build compliant and effective brand plans, support the Marketing Manager for ASP and LE plannings, reporting.

    The successful candidate should combine creativity and drive with rigorous planning and discipline.

    EDUCATION

    University degree or relevant Marketing Degree would be advantageous.

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    At least 3 years of experience in a multinational or FMCG company.

    • Fluent in French & English.
    • Ability to work in a changing environment.
    • Flexibility, adaptability and creativity are highly welcome.
    • Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
    • Good project management skills.
