    At ACZENTA, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Administrative and Financial Project Manager to lead our administrative and financial activities in Algeria.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of English and French, with a strong understanding of the Algerian market and its regulations. A Chartered Accounting Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Finance is required.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and financial activities of our company, including branches and projects operating in Algeria. You will work closely with our Operations/Area Manager and CFO to ensure effective and professional support for our economic results.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing administrative and financial activities across multiple projects and locations
    • Supervising accounting activities, including invoicing, credit due reports, and receipt registration
    • Liaising with stakeholders, including Area/Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Local Administration Officers
    • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as corporate standards and policies
    • Providing strategic guidance on administrative and financial matters

    You will also be responsible for coordinating with our HR representative to manage expatriate personnel conditions, ensuring that all administrative, medical, contractual, and logistical matters are handled efficiently.

    A relevant experience in similar roles is essential, as is a good understanding of administration and finance specific software (e.g. Matrix, Axa) and MS Office suite.
