    Mission :
    • Prendre en charge la gestion administrative du personnel de la société.
    • Veiller à l'application du règlement intérieur et suivre le traitement des cas disciplinaires susceptibles de surgir.
    • Recueillir, consolider et communiquer les informations portant sur la gestion des ressources humaines.
    • Participer à la rédaction des règles et procédures diverses relatives à la gestion du personnel et de l'administration générale.
    • Établir les contrats de travail des employés.
    • Établir et fournir les documents demandés par les salariés.
    • Veiller à la tenue correcte des dossiers administratifs du personnel.
    • Veiller à la tenue à jour des registres réglementaires placés sous sa responsabilité.
    Profil :
    • Diplôme dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines.
    • Expérience avérée d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine des ressources humaines.
    • Maîtrise de la réglementation.
    • Bonne connaissance de la GRH.
