    Business Administrator and Sales Coordinator

    Business Administrator and Sales Coordinator reporting to the Area Director of French Speaking Africa, located in Algeria office.

    In This Role, Your responsibilities will Be:

    • Responsible for collaborating with customers – both internal and external.
    • Coordination with government departments, tax, legal and employment etc.
    • Coordination with sales leaders of BU and support in the preparation of tenders' documents.
    • Ensures timely update is given to customers on the status/progress of orders adhering to the Global Communication Standards.
    • Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
    • Manages and follow up daily emails and telephone traffic related to customer service, ensuring unparalleled service is always imparted.
    • Manage advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative tasks related to bookings, invitation letters, petty cash, office management, finance support, HR support, and visitors' reception.
    • Manage Opportunities platforms available in French-speaking Africa and follow up with BUs on the identified RFIs and RFQs.
    • Keep track of Customer Care and administrative activities by periodic reporting.
    • HSE Representative: taking care of all related HSE topics for the Algeria office.
    • Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and decision making in performing assigned tasks and able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
    • Support invoice creation and follow-up on payments and cash collection.
    • Manage vendors, invoices reception and follow up with the different collaborators.
    • Support custom clearance process for imports in Algeria.
    • Works with other administrative professionals across the organization in coordinating meetings, events an all other related business needs.
    • Coordination of the organizing events across XBU / BU.
    • Ensure a great degree of communication and transparency.
    • Ensure a high level of confidentiality related to all administrative and sales aspects.
    • Other essential duties related to the administration and sales aspects assigned.

    Who you are:

    • Excellent level of English and French Language.
    • High proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Attention to detail & hard worker.
    • Ability to operate within a global environment and matrix organization.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once recognizing when to shift priorities
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

    For this Role, You Will Need:

    • The ideal candidate should have senior-level administrative assistant experience working with multiple managers and/or similar background.
    • Experience as an executive assistant is a requirement.

    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

    • Experience within a similar industry
    • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
