- La supervision des actions de prospection par email, phoning, réseaux sociaux...
- La proposition d'actions correctives pour améliorer les stratégies marketing ;
- La mise en place d'études de marché ;
- L'analyse de la concurrence.
- Maîtriser les techniques et les outils marketing
- Savoir faire travailler ensemble de multiples interlocuteurs internes et externes
- Savoir analyser et synthétiser de nombreuses informations, assurer une veille marketing (produits, marchés, concurrence) et une remontée "terrain"
- Etre créatif, proposer des campagnes originales, prendre des initiatives
- Savoir réaliser une étude de marchés
- Savoir organiser une campagne de téléprospection, promotion et communication
- Pouvoir animer et stimuler une équipe

:Le responsable marketing est le professionnel chargé de mettre en place une stratégie commerciale et publicitaire pour son entreprise. Il analyse et étudie les marchés, les tendances (l'état du marché, la clientèle ) pour mettre en place une stratégie de commercialisation ou de communication appropriée grâce à laquelle il devient possible d'identifier les opportunités à exploiter sur le plan mercantile.Techniquement parlant, un responsable marketing doit avoir d'importantes connaissances en marketing. De même, il doit justifier de capacités analytiques, car son travail implique très souvent l'étude d'informations commerciales.Le responsable marketing est aussi censé avoir des notions sur les domaines financiers et juridiques. La maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), de marketing (gestionnaire e-mailing, CRM...) et de statistiques est primordiale.
